Elena and the front desk team really made my stay memorable with their friendliness and attentiveness. The breakfast was superb, eggs cooked to my liking right there on the spot, and the ambiance with the roaring log fire was just perfect for a cold evening.

The hotel is ideally situated within walking distance to the chair lift, making access to the slopes incredibly convenient. The front office receptionist, Manuela, provided outstanding assistance by sharing all the necessary information about the hotel facilities and the surrounding area. The warm and inviting atmosphere of the hotel adds to its charm and makes you feel right at home.

I found the Wi-Fi connection to be occasionally inconsistent during my stay.
